I am quite pleased to report that all of my students were successful in their grading attempts. Congratulations to you all! Alas, I was not successful in my own grading challenge, but I received some very positive feedback and good advice to incorporate into my training for my next attempt.
Grading is an indication of where you are on your kendo journey. Whether you pass or fail is irrelevant in many ways. Nothing really changes when you next enter the dojo. You’ll still be working on improving your skills.
